MIDEZ was born from a shared vision: to connect qualified international talent with European companies seeking committed, skilled professionals with a strong desire for growth.

Behind MIDEZ are Laura Fernández-Cuervo and Eduard Nicolae Mihaila, a team that combines experience in customer service, strategic management, analysis, and international vision. Although our professional paths began in different sectors, we both shared the same belief: companies need people, not just résumés, and talent deserves real opportunities to build a better future.

Laura’s experience in boutique and luxury hospitality allowed her to understand the importance of excellence, human communication, and personalized attention. Working in international environments strengthened her ability to manage people, understand different cultures, and build relationships based on trust and closeness.

Meanwhile, Eduard developed an analytical and strategic mindset through his technical and financial background, bringing a vision focused on planning, organization, and the sustainable growth of the project.
